Baking soda + Vinegar + Food coloring = TONS OF FUN!
A few years ago we did a fun project with Just H on a visit to his Great-Grandparents' home. We filled a cake pan with a lot of baking soda. We put some food coloring into small bowls of vinegar. We let Just H use a dropper syringe to put drops of the colored vinegar into the baking soda and watch it FIZZ!
After about an hour of dropping little by little, the whole top layer was colored.
And when Just H was finally done, we decided to pour all of the remaining vinegar onto the baking soda. TOTALLY COOL!!!
